Here at Ely City Golf Club we welcome golfers of all abilities and offer lessons and professional coaching designed to improve your golfing experience.

If you are new to golf and looking for golf coaching Ely City Golf Club is the place to start. We welcome golfers of all abilities and offer a range of coaching tailored to your individual needs. Whether you are a beginner or a Professional we will help you play better golf. With two PGA Professionals at the golf club there should always be a lesson available at a time to suit you.

Ely City Golf Club is now officially recognised as a centre of excellence for beginners, having been awarded the 'Golf Mark' accreditation by England Golf. This recognises Ely as one of the best places in the country to take up golf.

In addition to our extensive practice ground facilities which include a bunkered green and roped teeing areas, we have now added a covered two-bay coaching area – perfect for one-to-one sessions with video work throughout the year. And of course, we still have our three all-weather nets located near the first tee for last minute preparations. Our main putting green beside the 1st tee is a full USGA specification two tier green that we can use to improve your short game.
